I printed out the sheet, cut out and mounted the decoupage pieces with foam tape and adhered the base topper onto a Crafty Bob's 8 x 8 Scalloped edge card base with DST.

Then added some faux pearls to bling it up for such a special occasion.

I love how it turned out and have a special couple to give it to in the coming week.
