I printed on matte card three times from the second I cut out the bottle, glasses and rose for the first layer, then cut out the two glasses and the rose for the next layer and only the front glass from the last one.

I added these layers with foam squares then used glitter glue to give some highlights, to complete I printed a matching insert and envelope on 100 gsm paper.
