The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a blue pearlesent card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of holographic silver card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
I used a metal golf club charm tied on with a piece of blue ribbon to decorate.
