Baby Boy Bear Dangler Card 2Completed by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet twice, so I could add extra decoupage. I mounted the base image onto an A5 card blank. I backed the bear and frame onto card and cut them out.

I attached ribbon to the top of the bear, and attached to the back of the top of the frame and stuck the frame in place with 2mm foam pads.

I then used 1mm foam pads to add the decoupage and extra elements.
