I printed the sheet on 160gsm card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I mounted the topper on to blue check card and attached to a 6x6inch card threaded with blue ribbon - all using DST.
I attached the decoupage with foam pads and finished with a blue bow.
Enchanting design!
