Cuddly Blue Teddy with Bottle on Lace Bib

Printed onto glossy Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I then cut a white card to shape of Topper. I used DST to attach the Topper to the card. I used foam pads to add the Decoupage. I stuck the sentiment to top of the card.

I put crystal glitter on the lid of bottle and on the flower petals. I then put a blue gem in the middle of the flowers. I stick tiny little pearls on the points on the outside of lace, and around the edges of inside border.

This is a beautiful design, and makes into a very pretty card.
