I printed and cut out the design. The main square piece I matt and layered onto some silver mirricard, this was applied to a circular scalloped 8" square white card that I had decorated with little stamped baby feet and vintage photo distress ink.

The sentiment was also matt and layered onto mirri card and attached to the front of the card with silicone glue.

I added some blue paper to the inside of the card and decorated the edges with the strip of paper with dummies on.
