I printed this image onto a sheet of 130g smooth decoupage paper ,then cut it out,took an A5 card a covered it with a blue backing paper sold on another cup,mounted the base image then built up the decoupage,colour a silver peel off blue and attached to card, same with the corners mounted blank text plate and cut out text and stuck it on mounted plate.
