Gorgeous Baby Boys Rocking Crib with HamperCompleted by Margaret Barker

This was printed on some ice white decoupage paper.

After cutting out all the elements and the centre of the main picture, I made and insert using parchment paper and wrote Congratulations on it, I also used a sun tool on this and wrote in them in small lettering a new baby boy, this was then mounted onto a piece of two tone blue card which was mounted on a a white a5 card for strength.

The card was finished off with the 3d decoupage elements.
