Its a Boy Card FrontCompleted by Wynona O'neil

I have printed this design on photographic card, cut out and mounted into 3D. I have used a blue glitter paper on the base card and mounted the design over this. A white ribbon at the bottom edge of the card completes this simple but effective card.
