Its a Boy Giraffe Card FrontCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out the elements, and used DST to attach the Topper to a Pale Blue card. I used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I used Crystal Glitter, and Blue Glitter and Gems on parts of the card.

A very pretty design, makes into a wonderful Card.
