I reduced the size of the image before printing onto 160 gsm matt white card. After cutting out all the elements, I matted the main image onto white card leaving a narrow border.

I attached the main image to a deeper blue 300 gsm A5 card using tacky glue and then added the decoupage using foam pads.

I printed 'Congratulations It's a boy' in dark blue ink on a blue background. After cutting out I matted the sentiment onto white card leaving a narrow border. I attached the sentiment to the bottom of the card using foam pads.

I used 2 of the 4 decoupage bows to embellish the sentiment.
