New Baby Boy Quick Card with DecoupageCompleted by Sheila Horne

I used a pale blue gingham backing paper, and cut scolloped edges. I then cut out the design and layered this with foam pads, attached it to the card at an angle.

I used the blue spotted strip across the card,under the main design, added the congratulations tag.

I used one of the bows as a seperate embellishment.
