Vintage Baby Boy TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto photo paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a white scalloped edged card. Used foam pads to build the decoupage.

I stuck a strip of pale blue ribbon down one edge of the card. to finish I stuck a pearl gem to the middle of bow.

This is a lovely design.
