Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I stuck the Topper to a white scalloped edge card. Using Foam Pads I added the Decoupage. I stuck a tiny pearl on the holes in buttons. I put some Gold Glitter on the stars.

This is such a sweet Design, very easy to make up.
