Printed onto Gloss Photo paper. After cutting out the topper used DST to attach to a white felt card. Used foam pads to attach sentiment to bottom of card. Used Bisque liquid pearls in the middle of the lace. I stuck a pink crystal Butterfly on each corner.

This design makes up to a pretty, easy card to make.
