Hanging Around New Baby GirlCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I started with an 8x8 card blank and covered it with a CUP backing paper. I matted the base image onto gold mirror card, then onto coral glitter card, then onto matt gold card and added a Pink feather, I used foam tape to mount it to the card blank.

I decoupaged the layers and Used Pinflair glitter wand on the 'baby' greeting, bootee's, onsie and ribbon, and Star Dust Stickles on the butterfly.

I added 3 peel off pink balloons and a silver soother.
