After printing onto Crafty Bob's matte photo paper i pleated white ribbon around the topper and mounted it onto an 8x8 scalloped card blank with a matt of matching paper.I used 3d foam to decoupage the layers and finished with some little punched flowers,pink gems and a bow.Such a gorgeous design for that new little bundle of joy!
