She's Arrived! Quick CardCompleted by Sheila Horne

I cut out and layered all the decoupage pieces with foam pads. I attached this onto a bright pink backing paper. Added a strip on paper lace on the right hand side and also to the edge of the design. Added the BABY letters, and a gold peel off.
