I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a pale pink mat and then a bright pink card. I used ribbon flowers on the bottom and the tag included. I added some pearls and rhinestones

I printed on to matte photo paper. I chose a 5x7 card and covered with an embossed card. Mounted the topper and layered. Added gems and pearls, and finished with the sentiment tag. A very sweet design to welcome a new baby.
