Welcome New Baby Girl

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 inch card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added a ribbon and attached New Baby Girl to the ribbon and the card using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the roses, the lace holes in the bootee and to the centre of the flower on the bow to enhance this lovely design.

This lovely card also comes with a gift tag.
