I printed out on matte photo paper and then used ds tape to attach the base image to my card made from cup221617_572.
The decoupage was added using silicone glue and to finish I added a rattle embelllishment

I made a card by folding a sheet of 300gsm white card in half. I printed out my sheet onto glossy photo paper. I cut out and stuck on the decoupage using foam pads. I stuck the topper to the card using double sided tape.
I didn't add anything else and the resulting card is very eye catching. They're sure to attract attention on my craft stalls this summer!
