I started with a 6x6 card blank and covered it with a blue/white gingham paper, I matted the base image onto silver mirror card and then onto blue holo card, I added a white feather and used faom tape to mount it to the card base.

I decoupaged the layers with foam tape and 3D glue gel and used Icicle Stickles on the lacey round centre and on the bow and I added a greeting with foam tape.
