I started by resizing this to fit a A5 card then i printed it out onto glossy photo paper several times so i could use foam pads to decoupage the details to give a 3D effect ive then added a age & a birthday sentiment however this can be change for what ever occasion you wish

i also used a background paper that i downloaded from C.U.P
