Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements. I used DST to attach the Topper to a white card. I used foam pads to add the Decoupage. I stuck small white pearls on the number 6. I put Gold Glitter on the flames of the candles.

I stuck small gems on aspects of the card. This is a pretty design, and any little girl would love to get this card.
