This card is a sneaker. I didn't realize how cute it was going to be. I cut everything on quality cardstock. There are dabs of glitter glue and lots of decoupage.

I printed the Happy Birthday, TODAY, and the 3 portion on another piece of cardstock to give it that wow 3D look.

This topper was put on light blue matching cardstock. So cute.
