I covered card stock with a blue/mauve mottled backing paper. I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to the card. I made another copy of the little girl, cut this out and stuck it on with sticky tabs.

I stuck the bow on the top left corner and stuck the "Happy Birthday to a Special Little Girl at the bottom centre.
