I printed and count out my design. I mounted the design onto a pale blue card and used foam pads to turn the image into a 3D profile.

I placed the birthday greetings in the checked area as suggested by designer and coloured the number 1 in with crystal kindaglitz for some added fun! Very simple and cute.
