I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I added glitter to the candle flame, speckles on the cupcake and to the small flowers under the greeting. I added age 5 in this instance.
