I printed the sheet onto A5 size matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto a 14.5cm.sq. card.
I added the layers using sticky pads. You could have a Special Son caption added either instead of or in addition to the Happy Birthday one.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a yellow mat and then a blue card front. I added some silver peel offs, some blue rhinestone stars some glitter glue and liquid silver pearls.
