I printed the sheet onto A5 size matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto a 14.5cm.sq. card.
I added the layers using sticky pads. You could have a Special Boy caption added either instead of or in addition to the Happy Birthday one.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a brown mat and then a green card front. I added silver peel offs and green rhinestones stars. Lastly i used liquid glue and liquid pearls to accent.
