With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out all the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front fo a white C5 card, then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design and around the middle border, i then made up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads, and placing the happy birthday sentiment at the bottom left and a pink bow between the balloons, this is a stunning design for a lady who has reached 40, was very easy to cut and make up, and is beautiful when done.
