I first personalised a digital balloon with a name, then printed out slightly reduced size on 200gsm matte photo paper, and attached main image to an 8x8 cardblank covered with a grey brick wall paper from a cup vault freebie.

I layered with 2mm foam tape. and finished with black shimmer card candi and a matching insert panel. This is a fab, fun card for anyone reaching that special age! it's a real eyecatcher!
