* Positioned "Gold Balloons 50" decoupage on black glitter card from Dovecraft

* Placed glitter card panel on 7" x 7" white square card

* Used 3D squares to create the decoupage

* Placed extra 3D squares under the 5 to create a raised effect

* Positioned 3mm yellow gemstones in the corners

* Used Gold Dovecraft glitter glue to create highlights on a champagne glass, 2 balloons & stripes on the bottle

* Placed Stardust Stickles glitter glue on the stars and cork

* Positioned Happy Birthday topper inside the card
