I printed this onto satin finish paper and cut it out. I mounted the base layer onto an A5 card using DST and then built up the decoupage using silicone gel.
I also used silicone gel to add the sentiment.

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements, and used DST to attach the Topper to a Dark Pink card. Used foam pads to attach Decoupage. Used crystal glitter on aspects of the cake, dress, and flowers. A lovely design
