I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I attached design Streamer Background, cUp 93079_598 to the card using double sided tape. I attached the design to the card using thin foam tape.

I added the bow and the greeting to the card also using thin foam tape.
