Budgie Card Front

Added to a matching base card and printed on matte card twice. From the second print I cut out the full ribbon and budgie tag and using foam squares I added as first layer of decoupage then added the butterflies and sentiment tag.

I used glitter paint for some highlights and Glossy Accents on the eye. Printed an insert and envelope to match on 100gsm paper to complete.
