I printed the design on 160gsm decoupage paper, twice. Although the birthday sign was decoupaged I wanted the dinosaur to lift off the page so i also decoupaged his feet and head with small foam squares but cutting the second print myself.
I also cut out a 2nd butterfly but only glued the middle so i could raise the wings. The whole topper was backed with green gingham card to match the dinosaur. Cute and fun card to make.
