The image was printed onto good quality card and cut out. A blue mat was glued to a 8x8” card and a white embossed layer was added. The main image was then attached. The decoupage layer was added using 3D foam pads and the greeting was added.

I copied the top layer and resized it on the computer to place on a home produced insert. This was glued inside the card to complete it. Fab image.
