Printed onto Photo Paper. Cut out the elements and using DST I attached the Topper to a pale green card. Using foam pads, I attached the Decoupage. I used Gold Glitter on Butterfly, and Owl's feet. and Crystal Glitter on the Hearts. A very pretty design.
