Printed the design onto photographic paper and cut out decoupage. Matted and layered onto silver mirri board and matching backing paper and attached to an 8 x 8 card. After attaching decoupage and a bow I glued matching gems randomly around the border and on the bow.
I also added a silver peel off around the edge.
