Printed onto decoupage paper. Placed the main image with tape and used foam pads for the layers. I used a die-cut sentiment.

The main image was matted onto white card and then red and mounted onto the card blank. The decoupage was applied using 3D glue gel. I left the sentiment off the card as I felt it would be lovely framed as a picture.
