Birthday Boy-card FrontCompleted by Deborah Sweet

I printed the sheet at a slightly reduced size on lightweight matt card. I cut out the topper, sentiment and require decoupage. I mounted the topper on blue starred backing paper and then on an 8x8 card blank, using DST. I added the decoupage and sentiment with 1mm foam pads.

An easy to make, cute card!
