A Happy Card for a happy day, and so easy and quick. Suitable for boy or girl.

I used a firm A.4 green card to ensure the card would stand upright. I printed the sheet onto C.B's 200gsm matte photo paper

next time I will use gloss paper.

I cut out all the elements.I used 6 x 10cm lengths of 2mm green ribbon attached at the rear of each medallion with sticky tape,then tied a single slip knot at the edge of the side of each medallion and added thick foam d s. tape to the rear as well and firmly attached these in position. Then I attached the ribbon using sticky tape again to the rear of the main topper. I attached long strips of thick D.S Foam tape to the rear of the topper and attached this to the card front.

I added a "peel off" Happy Birthday in glitter purple and used the scraps from the peel off strips to cut out some balloons. I attached metallic green thread that I had double twisted to give texture and used the D.s Thick foam tape to attach the balloons. So Simple, so easy, sooo quick and so happy
