I began by attaching a sheet of polka dot backing paper to the front of an A5 card blank. I then used a glue stick to attach the main image to the card.
I used foam pads to decoupage the design and selected the general birthday greeting included on the sheet to finish.

i printed the shee out onto photo paper & matted it on to ice blue mirri card. I used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a suitable backing paper.
I deoucpaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used foam tape to mount them to the base image. I embellished with a teal feather & some Stickles glitter glue. i changed the greeting to Grandson.
