I printed this onto 135gsm photo paper and then super imposed the photo of a friend's nephew onto the head of the policeman.
I cut out all the elements and arranged them onto an 8x8 card adding a number 1 to one of the balloons and peel off letters down the right hand side to spell his name.
I used photo glue and silicone glue to add dimension.
