I printed the design out four times, and then cut out the decoupage, I wanted from each sheet. Using foam pads, I attached the decoupage and then mounted onot some music note paper and a sqaure card. I then attached the greeting using 3mm pads in the middle and 1mm pads at both ends to give it a curved look.
