Teenagers 3Completed by Marion Evans

I have just the young lady for this card - it is so cute made up. I used the dark turquoise for my base card (used cream around the main graphic), cut out the decoupage and raised it with foam pads.

The sentiment was cut on my Cuttlebug and is a perfect fit for this card. Great sheet, Sheila - I love it!
