I printed the sheet onto 160 gsm matt white card before cutting out. After creating a DL card from 300 gsm white card I matted the card front onto it using tacky glue and leaving a narrow white border.

Finally, I affixed the decoupage using foam pads.

This card is incredibly simple to make and is sure to be a hit with both boys and girls.
