I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the front of the card using double sided tape. I added the panels and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. Gorgeous card when finished.
